Had a pipe burst in the ceiling of my apartment on 2/8. I called Matt around 11:30am on 2/9 and he was out to meet me at the apartment by 1pm that day. Matt was very professional and personable and walked me thru the entire process. Ive never had to deal with an insurance claim so having GSPA in my corner was a relief. My house caught on fire due to my neighbor, and part of my home was damaged. Garden State Public Adjusters were incredible from the moment I called. They came out the very next day and immediately took charge. They brought in fans and equipment to remove smoke and fire particles from the air, and they handled every detail of my claim quickly and professionally. Within three weeks, I received my check and was able to start putting my home back together. They truly took care of everything and made a very stressful situation so much easier. Had a wonderful experience working with Garden State Public Adjusters after we we had water damage at a property. I spoke with John (owner) and he had someone come out to the property the following day. They deal directly with the Insurance company and that takes away a lot of the stress. They can also provide remediation services which is a blessing and kept me informed throughout the process.
