Dan Sullivan was my agent for 5+ years. When my premium went up I asked him to requote my policies. He didn't return my emails or calls, when I pressed him, he was unable to provide alternate quotes. I kept the policies for another year and eventually moved to NJM due to lower premiums. I paid my Farmer's policy in full and called Farmers 30 days prior to the end of the policy period to inform that I would not be renewing. They had me hold and brought Dan on the line for a three way call. He was told that I was not renewing. YET, I was put into collections for a policy that I never renewed AND the State of NJ threatened to suspend my registration due to lack of liability coverage. I sent proof to the collections agency and the State and all was resolved. But it was very spiteful of Dan S
