Insurance Services of S Oregon

I've been using Insurance Services of Southern Oregon for several years now and they've always been great! Most recently, I had our auto policy reviewed and Wendy Schwartz was so great and found us a great deal! I spoke to other agents there as well who were very helpful. I haven't been with Insurances services of SO for long. But I was very happy they were able to help me find coverage. The agents I have worked with have all been friendly and provided good customer service. Answered any questions I've had. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is a couple of times I had trouble reaching someone before I found out my agent was no longer with the company and I had been assigned to someone else. It would have been helpful if at the time they would have communicated it to me. Otherwise I'm happy and content with them.

Wendy was outstanding. Very friendly and knowledgeable about all aspects of car and home insurance. Her abilities resulted in me saving well over $600 and she made it so easy that it was a real pleasure.i would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for the best auto policy at the best price.

I've worked with them for years! Always friendly and attentive. When we had to quickly change insurances they were able to get us a new quote with 48 hours that perfectly fit our needs!

Been with this group for about 3 or 4 years now. Could not find a better deal anywhere and this group was able to find me a great policy with low premiums. Could not be happier.
