My rates keep going up each period ! They say theyll look into it and get back to me but dont. They have a rehearsed nartative they give eneryone. They say itll go down but this is a lie. is a lie! It goes up each time.

The staff is friendly and efficient. Anytime I need a change in my policy, they take care of it quickly. Thank you

The only good thing about H. D. York is the staff. They're very courteous and professional. The problem is paying from an account. The funds leave my bank yet they claim it doesn't reach them. I recommend just paying cash.

I went in to get a quote and there was a woman in there who was the rudest lady i have ever delt with she gave me attitude on getting a quote and instead of inviting me to sit at her desk she just yelled at me from across the room.
