We were very impressed with Insurance Lounge. The staff that greeted us and introduced us to Sean were very nice and helpful. Sean was great! He was very thorough and went over our insurance options with us. He was able to find us policies that fit what we needed and at a better rate than what we were previously paying. We really appreciated all of his time, information, and assistance. We would highly recommend going to Insurance Lounge for any insurance coverage you may need.

Insurance can be difficult to navigate and this year was no different, but Robyn Voisin with Insurance Lounge was exceptional! did not hear back from the original person I spoke with about a quote, but she immediately responded to my inquiries. She thoroughly and quickly assisted on multiple issues I had, and followed up right away when changes were made. She was incredibly professional and made this process so much easier for me. So glad we have found the Insurance Lounge!! Farmer's cancelled our homeowners insurance because of our location. We had been with them for 25 yrs! Another company took forever deciding whether to accept us. Several people recommended this company and we got coverage within 2 hrs. Our rep was Ed Reis, and he was quite amazing. Showed us several options and laid them out for us. He even lowered our annual premium through searches. We also changed our auto insurance for better rates.
