I moved to Florida from Iowa and had to get insurance from a Florida broker. I reached out to IOA and got a response almost immediately. Literally can't say enough good things about my agent Joanne Towne. On a simple personal auto policy, she talked me through all my options, was diligent about understanding my needs, and didn't try to push me. She made thoughtful recommendations based on what I expressed as important to me. She took the time to really talk to me and made sure I understood my options to make informed decisions. I connected with this Insurance Company through ZEBRA.com Maybe you've seen the commercials on TV. Seems like it would be considerable cost to run those Ads. I bought an Progressive Auto Policy from them 1 year ago. Called them last Friday morning and left a VM asking someone to call me about quoting a Home Owners policy. Didn't hear anything as of Wednesday morning but got a random marketing email from them Wednesday morning thanking me for my business and asking me if I wanted to get quotes for my other insurance needs like Home Owners. Hilarious. They're spending all this money on trying to market to customers and they can't even return a phone call! I write back and tell them I've been waiting since Friday for someone to return MY call. That did stimulate a call from an Angel

Absolute worst insurance company. Our agent went completely silent after we signed up for homeowners insurance. We were literally in the middle of setting up other policies as well and this person (who was the manager as well), and apparently the whole company, went completely MIA. For the last three years I’ve called hundreds of times to every single IOA number and I’ve never ever got someone ANYONE on the line. I’ve left hundreds of voicemails for anyone to call me back. Not once to this day has anyone ever reached back out to me. We were recently dropped from our homeowners insurance policy carrier and we were never notified. Never received any letters or phone calls from IOA or the insurance carrier. Only to find out from our mortgage company who let us know a month after it was alrea
