DO NOT USE this company for homeowners insurance. It takes months to get a check issued and virtually impossible to get in contact with the adjuster. You pay for insurance for years and finally have to submit a claim only to be stressed out to the point of just giving up. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!!

If you enjoy being ignored for a month while simply waiting for a quote after having spent a couple hours filling out their questionnaire this is the company for you. If your point of contact is Johanna Garcia, I bid you good luck. No return calls after many voicemails and emails. Their office doesn't even answer their phones often. Voicemail with no return calls is IOA's business plan. Spare yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Wanted to say Thank You to Mike Schwartz for getting me insurance coverage for my company when others did not want the hassle of a small business. I have been trying to get a copy of my policy for a month ! I get the runaround , no one answers the phone or returns calls ! I’m in the insurance field so I know it’s not hard to get my Dec page ! What is really going on at IOA?

Corporate office transfers me to the "local office" local office does not pick up my call. Local office does not respond to voicemail. Coverage cannot be bound or changed as vm. *repeat*
