This guy Bo Thomas is a jerk and hasn’t been helpful the entire time he’s been ‘my agent’. Cant wait until I can drop him and his company as the one getting commissions for my policy while he does nothing to help and is sarcastic and unprofessional in his replies.

However, we were taken aback when Thomas Bo asked for information unrelated to our claim. Seeking clarity and understanding for this unusual request, we found our attempts at communication were met with silence, which further deepened our concerns. I'd recommend potential clients to be cautious and ensure they have complete clarity before proceeding with their services.
