The disappointment and frustration with this insurance location is unreal. They're supposedly here to assist you with updates, cancelations and renewals but what happens when they fall short? I recommend you keep track of your renewal day or you'll get an email @0058 stating your policy cancelation at @0001. 56 mins before even though you paid $600 10 days. The agent didn't not mention on the 17th another $700 or more will be due. What if I didn't have it. A heads up would have been appropriate. Keep an eye on you renewal date. Would hate for you to be in a compromising situation too.

Bonnie,Carmen,and Tara are so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. My Husband and I have been with them since 1988 and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. If you need insurance give them a call and find out for yourself.

I really have a problem with them they are so quick to add late fees I have been diagnosed with stage 4 kidney disease and things have been hard for me every month I'm late because I have to get meds and other things. I am trying to pay but sometimes the funds are not there until I get paid. No disrespect they can not offer you anything they just want the money. If you are concerned please help me so I will not have to cancel my policy
