I have ALWAYS had great experiences here. There’s no “click 1 to talk to an agent” nonsense, whenever you call, a person will answer. Every person I’ve interacted with there has done an amazing job getting me great coverage at great prices. However, recently I had a particularly amazing experience with Samantha Shipman, who took a ton of her time and patience to walk me through the process of getting homeowners insurance for the first time! She really went above and beyond and was incredibly responsive the entire process. Couldn’t be happier here.
