Amanda Knotts: Allstate Insurance

I've had an Allstate renter's insurance policy through Amanda Knotts for a few years. All of my interactions with the staff have been positive when I need to make changes to the insurance or obtain paperwork. I especially appreciate that they are able communicate the availability of other insurance products without being pushy. Having experienced this consistently for several years, I feel they've earned my trust, respect, and 5 stars.

Amanda has provided excellent insurance (homeowners & cars) for our family. She is honest & her rates are very good. I am glad I found her & feel she will continue to provide the very best service!

The best auto and home insurance I had since I been in VA. Everyone trying to get me to switch but they can't beat the price for the same coverage 😒. The one thing I like the most they know your name 💯 💓. I highly recommend this company and I'm a disabled veteran. So if them services couldn't beat them 🤔 you already know what I'm saying 😏 💯.Just for the record the app is off the chain. Everytime I had a claim it was incredible 🙌 .I have 6 vehicles insured with this company, and my house 🏠 😀

Good Afternoon Allstate. Thank you for the opportunity to share my experiences with the company. Up until June 16,2022 on that day I was involved in car accident… Allstate representative was never concerned with what I was going through the man who they assigned to my case , he had a simple no caring attitude throughout our communication regarding the accident. I had.NO ONE ON THAT LEVEL in Allstate FAUGHT FOR ME as the client. I have been held responsible for the repair damages done to the loan car I was using on that day while my car was being serviced. My question is WHY?? The photos and the drawing from the County Office Police clearly show I was hit by the other driver. My Insurance deductible of $200 I also paid.
