Have caught Allen in a couple lies, they don’t cover what’s listed on the policy and sell you add ons to the policy that aren’t needed, lining their pocket I can only assume. Not to mention the membership fees are a joke. There are far better agents and providers out there with better rates as well. Shop around!

Reviewing this specific office. They’ve been very helpful! The claim experience was fine, the road side assistance is outsourced to another country and typically they’re hard to understand and communicate with. My largest issue with the coverage was the cost, which is very high for what you get. My experience with claims and the road side assistance leaves me wondering what I’m really paying for, when I chose FB. Am I paying for better assistance? Higher commissions? Or maybe… a football stadium?

I have been visiting this office for years. The staff is friendly and most know me by name. I usually get any issues resolved immediately and receive exceptional service from the front office staff.

Way to expensive! Have to pay a membership fee each year. I was with them for nearly 20 years before shopping for insurance, I found nearly the same coverage WITH road side assistance added for nearly a 1/3 of the price. Pays to shop.
