I must say I’m impressed! First time walking in the office on Concord location and I was blown away, it is absolutely beautiful! .💞Excellent customer service! They even gave me candy! You all rock! Emma especially you boo!;)

The staff there is great, except recently I had a home claim in which my garage caught on fire. I was displaced from my home for 6 months. Despite the phone calls and emails to the office and adjuster, their answer was always “we will check on status” “i am about to approve payment” Emails sent to office manager and Mike and never did I get a phone call from them. I like that my premium is not that expensive, but is it really worth, because when you need them, they are never there for you. I have attached proof that I did communicated to office.

I have rarely worked with an individual who professionally went the extra mile to help insure a 1966 Ford F100 pickup truck that I purchased to restore. It is a highly collectable vehicle, and Emma found the specialized insurance I needed that provided proper coverage. Her professionalism is matched by her extremely likeable personality, so much so I recommend asking for her by name if you're looking to do business with Kornafel's excellent agency.

The Kornafel Crew has always been super friendly and helpful with any changes I make in my policy and also when when trading vehicles. Also rates are considerably cheaper to my previous insurance company.
