Jason Dickelman - State Farm Insurance Agent

Jason is really helpful on how my insurance would work. I just moved to Lafayette and have little idea how car insurance work here. Jason guided really well and helped me to make correct choice of insurance policy. He seems knowledgeable and have a patience to explain everything related to my insurance policy. Overall I am very happy he is my agent!

I was a customer of State Farm from 2017 until a few days ago. I had an auto policy and a home owners policy. In the last two years, I was laid off from my job twice and lost my husband to addiction. I worked very hard to stay afloat with all of my responsibilities and I communicated with my providers, including State Farm. I was making payments that exceeded my monthly payment to attempt to resolve a past due balance from when I was out of work. However, I received a text that said if I didn't pay the full past due amount (appx $275), then my auto policy would be cancelled for nonpayment. I sent a $100 payment the day before this text was sent. It was all I had. I did not receive any response from Jason or his team. It has been a hassle for the last 3-4 years because no one seems to know

Strongly recommend this specific agency! I had them all throughout grad school and missed them when I moved out of state. Grace and Jason were very responsive and down to earth, and even though I was on the cheapest plan I appreciated that I could always reach out when I had accidents/ car rental issues unrelated to my policy with them and they quickly called or emailed back with tips on how to proceed.

We are the type who live pay check to pay check and they were able to work with us and help get us great coverage. Very satisfied!
