After the very kind agent had us transfer our ins. another staff person came to the home to take pictures and I quote, "Thought the man was rude and hiding something and we are refusing you service." You mean you spoke to my adult, special needs, TBI son, not realizing that's what happens to their affect after brain trauma and you're withholding services???? Ouch. That does not reflect well on your management or business model. Good job Farm Bureau. Placed a call to Lindsey Cuneo, with State Farm and explained the situation and fortunately, they've been nothing but professional.

Staff were fairly rude, almost seemed reluctant to accept new customers. Very odd. Oh well, enough options, moving on to so.eone I can trust.

I've never had such a terrible experience with an insurance company in my life. Unbeknownst to me, my local agent transferred my insurance over to a car I got a quote on. It took over a month to fix. My accident was in March and due to the fact that my claims adjuster AND her supervisor aren't courteous enough to return my calls promptly or if at all, I still don't have my issue resolved. They are the cheapest but their professionalism matches that. Update October 10, 2017 Still the worse company I've ever had to deal with. The women working in the Anderson location are the most incompetent bunch I've ever had to deal with. I called Oct. 2 to ask questions about my policy. What did they do? Changed my policy AGAIN! Have always had the best service from our cars to our homeowners ins. Twenty years ago our home burned and we had prompt and courteous service. Will always remember their kindness. Have had them for at least 35 years starting back before we moved to Anderson.
