Acrisure Anderson, IN (Thompson Insurance & Financial Services)

Anson was the best agent I had in 25 years in business. It used to be great. Not the same with Acrisure. Still some very nice people there. But some which are in the Acrisure mold, which is not impressive.

I have used this company since they were Thompson Insurance. The customer service from Dennis is unmatched! As a new business owner years ago I struggled with the in depth knowledge of insurance policies. I live in Fort Wayne but that didn't stop Dennis from coming all the way to me to go over the paperwork. To this day I have no issues getting amazing customer service from ANY of the team and very fast responses. Have turned one other business to them and would recommend everyone does!

I have been with this Agency,for several years! They are awesome!! Wally helps with whatever she can. Candy always makes sure that I have the best rates. They take care of their customers!! I highly reccomend them!!

Oh my gosh! Where do I begin!?! Amazing company and amazing people. Thompson Insurance goes above and beyond for all of their clients. When you need proof of insurance, they waste no time getting you what you need. Never have I waited more than an hour for what I need. I am so glad we stopped at the office to inquire about insurance coverage! Best decision ever. Thanks to all of you!

I currently have Nation wide homeowner insurance. Rates have increased so much, I'm about forced out of my home. Rates are extremely high My rate with the mortgage company is the same I went from a payment of $450, to almost $680 because of insurance costs Anyone out there have better rates?
