I had several follow up questions and they responded quickly and thoroughly every time. I feel confident I chose the right agency.

I just made a call few minutes ago, a guy answered rudely when he heard my foreign accent and stutter. He hung up on me. I called again, he asked rudely: who are you? I answered and he told me he wasn't interested in whatever I wanted to say. He didn't even know what I was going to say. Bad experience, I guess my stutter and foreign accent are a big problem with this company.
