I recently started a new job at a small business that did not provide health insurance, so I had to go on the open market. I had never done this before. I found Briana Hauck's name on the MNSure website list of brokers. From the get-go, she was a wonderful person to work with. She always responded quickly to all of my questions, even when I sent her an email with a long list of things I needed. She was attentive, understanding, and professional. Professional Insurance Services is great to work with. I have been going to them for two years to help with my medicare coverage and also to obtain coverage for my wife not on medicare. When doing the coverage review in November we mentioned we were traveling to Asia in March of 2025. She did some checking and said our coverage we had would cover for emergency at 80/20. She advised they have coverage that would cover the 20% as well as transportation back to the US. Clarissa is great to work with and listens to what the client needs.

Briana Hauck was a big help for me and my wife to find a new Medicare supplement for us. As a veteran I had to replace my Humana with something else as my Humana went out of network for me. She made two trips to Jamestown , one when the weather was not so good. She found a good plan for me and she found a better plan for my wife also.
