The level of responsiveness was unexpected and refreshing. I do not feel like a policy number working with Kramer Agency. We had some documents that we needed turned around in short order and would receive them before getting worried about meeting timelines. This agent is very rude, and unprofessional. Not interested in small accounts or customer service. At no point are they interested in what you, the customer, wants but instead insist on more and then more to raise the costs, and when you say "no", they just refuse to do a quote or policy for you. This is a dihonorable company. Don't waste your time! I question the relevance and honesty of the reviews here. I contacted this agent for GL (general liability) for my business. On the phone from the start of the call, Mr. Justin could not have seemed less interested in assisting me by providing my company a quote. His attitude reflected I was not worth his time. From the start, I told him we're a small business and needed to get a quote for GL only. He told me "GL policies are not usually very
