Had a great visit today with Tom. He helped to explain our options and put it all in plain language. We were so engaged and thinking about possibilities when we left, that we forgot our packet he helped prepare for us! Great talk, no rushing us out the door. I advise person to person visits for all who are able.

The representative I had went out of her way and spent about an hour and a half trying to help me sign in for the $5 Topps gift card going paperless instead of receiving paper eobs with no success because it was a problem with the internet. Why do you make it so hard for senior citizens to attempt to get the promotions you offer and constantly get shut down from your website. It's ridiculous. As I said it representative really tried but we were there an hour and a half with no success. And also we are going to lose out also on the $20 gift card for doing the wellness survey because I can't get into your website. Part of the problem is on my end because I could not remember the password that I just changed it to but the representative could not even send me an email to try to change the pas

I have been a member for several years

I am disabled on a medicare plan. I've am now covered by Independent Healths prescription plan. Since ive been covered by this plan, I've been prescribed 3 possibly life changing meds. All 3 were denied by my insurance. Any hope at a normal life gets taken away so fast by Independent Health. They are really good at letting you know their's no hope and you can just die already.

I will have to re-examine everything that the individual that I had provided me I don't think he clearly understood the situation I am in with various medical carr issues. It was like he was reading off of a cute card and really not listening. However, instead of that he did provide me with some additional information that I was not aware of
