AAA - Orchard Park

I came into the AAA in Orchard Park and Sandra Dolan helped me out. She was very friendly and kind in my time of need. Her and Christina Reichel assisted me in a timely manner and made my experience with needing my car towed easy and even a little fun!

It was OK last year for ins renewal and very stressful this time. Don't know if they sent my renters policy to prove im covered to company that wants proof. They said I had a different rep and don't know why? I'm old and like things the same, very difficult even to get an updated membership card last year as a 47 year member?

I went into the AAA office to possibly get a trip pick. I was told in order to meet with someone I would have to pay $40. I'm already a triple AAA plus number! Honestly this service is best for roadside assistance.

I received Amazing help with my trip to the State Fair in Syracuse NY. Needs were a hotel for a couple nights. They found me a place 4.5 star, and only 5 miles from the Fair. Reasonably priced too. Again excellent service. 👍

We have been using AAA for our vehicle security for over 50 years. We have been customers of their trip planning services for at least 25! Our current agent Jennie Todd is familiar with our tastes and preferences. I am very pleased with all of our travels.
