Bryan Ripellino: Allstate Insurance

Insurance is one of those things we all need to have, but unfortunately my experience with Allstate has been disappointing. When everything is calm, the service seems fine. But when an actual issue comes up (water line broke within the house) and you really need their support, the response feels slow, self-centered, and far from helpful. The biggest frustration is the payout process. What Allstate consider “coverage” barely scratches the surface of the real cost to replace what was lost. It feels like the policy promises one thing, but the company delivers something much smaller when it actually matters. Overall, I’m not saying they’re the worst, but I expected a lot more fairness and follow-through, especially considering how much we pay for insurance in the first place, year after year

It was very pleasant working with allstate even during our claim during the xmas storm of 22, it was very easy. We only switched agencies due to pricing.

I have carried car, renters and now homeowners insurance with the Ripellino Agency for over 25 years. Bryan and his staff have always been there to answer any questions and solve any problems I have ever encountered with regards to our policies. They recently reviewed our policies and were able to save us a great deal of money on premiums while still keeping the coverage we have grown to rely on. Sue and Ashley in the office have also been very helpful and I can depend on them to have answers for me and get back to me in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them.

Brian and his office staff are phenomenal. We have had them for 30+ years and they have always gone above and beyond! They respond fast with answers to any questions we have. Would 100% recommend them for all insurance needs! Cars, boats, life insurance, etc.

My wife and I have been with Allstate for many years and always deal with Sue, she is by far the best agent we have ever dealt with. On top of them saving us money the customer service is next to none. Sue goes above and beyond to delivery not only great service, but actually listens and cares about the customers. I would highly recommend this Allstate location and urge you to make an appointment with Sue..
