At the end of this year I will be choosing a new health insurance provider. I’m highly disappointed with IH. Apparently they can’t handle monthly payments made on auto pay, nor can they handle changes made to a policy like adding or removing a family member. I have absolutely no faith in these people. They have no problem with taking my money and trying to over-charge me. And no, as someone that works 50+ hours per week, I’m not going to call Member Services. Run my name and figure out why I’m not happy- earn my business and earn keeping me as a customer.

Worst health insurance carrier there is in WNY. Please be aware. They cut a monthly prescription into 4 weekly parts so that they can collect the copay money. I now have to go to the pharmacy every week for the balance of my monthly prescription. As soon as I can change I will be getting rid of this company.

They are the worst health insurance company ever. They do everything backwards. I have herinated cervical disc that can paralyze me and they denied my surgery because im a smoker. What a joke! But some junkie will get emergency care before i do. Shame on them especially when they've been our insurance company over 18 yrs.Denied an mri 4 times. I had to go to physical therapy chiropractor cold laser therapy massage therapy all b4 i had to find out that i have herinated disc pushing on my cervical nerve..that can paralyze me.

It was a very knowledgable experience. All questions answered. All benefits explained. It was a good experience. All people should go to IH and what their benefits are. Definitely get the red shirt treatment. U
