I have been with this agency for over 15 years. I have nothing but great things to say about everyone who works their! Mike always goes out of his way to help. His honesty is what I can appreciate especially these days! If he can't get you the cheapest rate possible without compromising your coverage, he will tell you the truth, that you might be better off going somewhere else for a better rate. Trish has such a great down to earth personality. Everyone I have ever dealt with at Alliance has been nothing but helpful. I have recommended many of my friends and family over the years and all of them have been pleased with the service they have received. I hope this review is helpful!

If I could do 10 stars I would. I have had the pleasure of working with Mike for approx 10 years now. We have had 4 house and 2 car policies with him. I have never had an issue and he provides great customer service with a smile ! If I have a question, I send him an email and he returns my inquiry the same day. You will not find better insurance or better customer service anywhere else!

I have nothing but great things to say. Mike is a good guy who truly values his clients. His honesty is what separates him from the rest and what I appreciate the most! He helped me get a good rate and coverage for my house and car.

I been with this company more than 20yrs i called and ask why my premium keeps going up I was told everything is going up by mike and not in a great tone im not sure if he was having a bad day or not but you dont suppose to bring your problems to work especially dealing with a consumer and a valued consumer at that i wasn't offered no help to bring it down or try to switch me with a different company i never missed a payment or got into any accident and this is how a valued consumer gets treated unbelievable but i called Geico and my premium was $145 cheaper well Geico just gained a new customer
