I’ve had Great service (again). Agent Rob Liebel called to review my policies and was very helpful, informative & found ways to save me more $$$. Especially with some large purchases taking place, & life changes he made me feel confident and appreciative.

Rob was wonderful helping me out with my father's insurance needs. As POA for my dad, there are a lot of things taking up my time and I never have to worry when I call StateFarm, because they go above & beyond to help make things as smooth and stress free as possible!

Robert was very courteous when I called. Was very helpful in faxing over my information to my mortgage company. Also liked the fact that he called me by my Name several times during our conversation. Excellent customer service. Kudos to Robert!!!

I called the State Farm Lancaster office and spoke with Rob L. I had a question about a homeowner insurance bill I’d received and I then I also changed my payment method. Rob took care of both of these items in a timely and professional manner. He was wonderful to deal with. I felt very confident that I was in good hands and didn’t have to worry about anything. Joe Czaja I’m always more than satisfied when I call your office for service. Everyone in the office is very friendly and always helpful.

I couldn’t be happier I left this greedy money hungry insurance company!!!!!! They refused to pay my valid claim from 4 YEARS AGO!!! Also, constantly raising my premiums over that time period. Funny that if I didn’t pay them they would have cancelled me! So look who isn’t paying who!😂 no more hundreds of dollars a month for them! I am saving money every month now over a hundred! State Farm stinks!!!! Goodbye and good riddance!!!!
