I have been at I Drive in Carrollton since 2019 I enjoy my years of our relationship they have helped me on understanding my insurance policy. Even helped when my car has been wrecked. If you communicate with them in a professional way they will go through situations to help you keep everything together. Kim is the First lady and Joe Rock Perla is the New Edition if you’re honest and keep your words they got you so Stand on principles and you will be glad to have them on your side

It’s been almost a year my with iDrive, they have best Customer Service I always deal with Kim and she is the best.

I Never leave reviews, but I've had a ridiculous experience with this place. I've come on 3 different occasions when they are "open" and no one has been here. I've waited up to an hour after they've opened for someone to show up. After I got into an accident and my insurance revoked my coverage, despite paying the entire policy off in advance, Idrive failed to notify me. I was without insurance for 4 days before I knew. I asked for them to handle it and email or call me back with confirmation that my insurance was still intact. I received no call or email. I will say that they are fast and very cheap though.

These are very unprofessional group of people that can't seem to get it together. Their knowledge and training in insurance is not good at all. One employee tells you one thing, another tells you something completely different.
