Idaho Farm Bureau Insurance

Well I was researching insurance companies for my house and car as I was not very happy with my previous company lack of service. I am very very good at researching any kind of businesses that I am interested in doing business with from insurance to something as simple as restaurants. Needless to say I see farmers insurance people either love them or hate them. Farmers does not respond to negative reviews which unfortunately seems pretty standard to such a big company. I found someone local to handle my insurance and am quite happy.

Absolutely horrible insurance company. I regret paying hundreds for 15 YEARS. My recent claim was an absolute nightmare. I was treated with no respect. Adjuster was so unprofessional. She never showed up for our appointment, didn't even communicate, took a month to write up my quote, and never answered phone calls. After a miniscule check, I questioned my agent. He took months to respond and when he did finally did, he had an attitude. So disgusted. After cancelling my insurance, I was charged for an additional month. Called them to see why, and recieved no call back. Just sent me to collections.

Andrew went above and beyond to find the right solution for our unusual situation, provided valuable information to really educate and help us make important decisions. He worked hard for us. If you want to work with someone who is all about being in your team, this is the team you want!! Marissa is energetic and on the ball! We couldn't be happier with our choice. Just want to give a huge shout out to my boy Josh . My insurance was up for renewal and I gave him a call and boy I’m glad I did! Took him maybe 30 minutes and saved me over 40 bucks a month with WAY better coverage! If you thinking about insurance give him a call. Thanks again!

My husband was in a wreck during snow week this year and Andrew was absolutely amazing and helpful through it all!!! I don't know any other insurance agent that would drop everything and be at the scene before the cops even got there!!! Thank you again for everything you did and continue to do!!
