UPDATE 11/17/23--today I will likely finalize this claim. The industry is awful and this company is an A#1 example. Using their mass to pressure an unfair settlement. Their final offer comes no where close to the loss I've incurred. I've been delayed, bullied, pushed, hired my own attorney all to no avail. My own attorney saw no case until I gave details on the gross negligence involved. My attorney says he has never seen company act in such an unreasonable nature...and he has worked with his share. My financial loss is easily more than 30k even after repairs. Not to mention the time, effort, stress, and attorney fees. Sure I have every right to sue. Poor experience with ICAP. Hard to get in contact with. They do not return calls. Avoid at all costs.
