I've been with this company for many years (prior to their name change). When my old agent retired, I questioned whether I should change to a new company. But every new agent I've connected with has been wonderful. Highly recommend Absolute Insurance! Tiffany helped me find workaround to avoid a big increase in my car insurance rate. Jeff took the time to help me check insurance costs before I decided on which car to buy. He even factored in the anticipated costs of a new teen driver. He also compared costs between multiple combinations of companies and then explained to me why, in my case, it was best not to bundle my home and auto insurance.

I've been with Iowa Insurance Agency about 30 years and they are always very professional, helpful, and friendly, and take care of all my insurance needs. They always return my emails or calls in a very timely manner!
