Although I ultimately went with another option, I want to thank Katie Oldes for their time and professionalism. They were quick to respond, thorough in explaining my choices, and very friendly throughout the process. I truly appreciated the effort they put into helping me understand my options, and I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to them again in the future. Edited to add: I’ve officially switched to State Farm. I received my home insurance renewal notice from Progressive, and my premium had jumped by $1,000 for next year. I reached back out to Katie, and she quickly provided a quote that came in about $200 under my current premium—and she even saved me another $50 on my car insurance.
