I put in a request for quote online through their website. A month later and I have heard nothing. When I call the phone number, I cannot get a live person. It wants me to put in the extension of someone. As a potential new client, I should not have to figure it out as to who I should contact. I don’t know which of those people I should contact and there is no option for an operator.

I cannot speak highly enough of Alisha. She provides exceptional customer service including finding a like-for-like business insurance policy that will save me a lot of money this year.
