Matt Portz's Agency is 'Best in Class' in my opinion. Knowledgable, Organized, Friendly, and Customer oriented. The Customer Service I've experienced is amazing! I have had the pleasure of working directly with Matt on various insurance matters and his experience and guidance has been invaluable. He doesn't rush to get you off the phone and wants his customers to be satisfied! As pleased as we are with him, you have to give equal credit to his staff. We've been blessed to work more directly with Sandy and she has always delivered on her promises to us. They take care of their policy holders!

Debi Foster is the BEST! I’ve been a customer for almost 10 years, and she is the only person I trust to assist me at this agency. We’ve built a great rapport over the years, and whenever I call and she’s unavailable, she always makes sure to return my call. Most of the time when I reach out, she’s the one answering the phone and ready to help. She has been with me through every transition in my life and career, guiding me whenever I needed to add or remove coverage from my insurance. I truly appreciate that she never pressures me to purchase additional products. That level of honesty and care means a lot.
