DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Never use this ridiculous excuse for a so called company. I’ve always keep insurance on auto pay. I’ve never worked with a reputable insurance company that don’t send invoices via email or mail. I had to call to get proof of insurance. To bring you to the present my auto pay apparently didn’t go through although there was plenty of money. This happened in September and I didn’t get the call until mid Oct. I received a call about policy cancellation. I called to resolve the issue and paid $226 on 10/16 to receive a letter that my insurance was cancelled on 11/8 because I didn’t pay on 10/27. Nothing was discussed about another payment to be made within 10 days or that my autopay was not set back up. How was I to know this information. Nothing was received regarding

I want to say that Estefania was super helpful I was struggle with insurance prices once I spoke with her I felt completely at ease she also found me insurance that was affordable and walked me through the whole process step by step. Thank you Estefania you made my experience wonderful.
