I spent months working with Michelle Wolf, Assistant Vice President & Account Manager at Select Business, trying to secure coverage for my building. After all that time, she sent me a policy that I never even received. When I followed up, she told me she would get back to me—only to go on yet another vacation. When she finally responded, she completely backed out and told me that the policy was off the table and that she couldn’t help me find what I was looking for. Been using HUB for all my insurance needs. This year when I recieved my homeowners insurance renewal from Mapfree (Commerce), my insurance went up 64%. When Mapfree would not do anything to reduce the increase, even though I had no claims with them in over 20 years! HUB worked with me and found a new Insurance company, with a much more reasonable price. Appreciate the time they took to keep my business. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a new Agent!
