I had a very disappointing experience speaking with Jennifer Skinner at the Driscoll Agency. I reached out regarding an ongoing claim related to my condo association’s master policy, and instead of offering guidance or professionalism, Jennifer was rude, passive, and condescending throughout our call. I explained that the issue has been ongoing for months and originated in a common area, yet she immediately tried to deflect responsibility and asked whether I had filed it with my own insurance in a tone that made it sound like I was at fault. When I called to follow up, she even remarked that she’d “gotten my call four times,” in a very dismissive way. Lynn Kingsley was amazing to work with. Despite relocating to a new office building, the short notice I gave, she helped our mutual customer immediately going above and beyond. Lynn, sent me the documents back right away so I could get our customer's new Jeep registered. Definitely the kind of local agent anyone would want to work with. Thanks again for your efficiency!
