I had hub insurance for many years with my business. I regret all of them now. I thought by being local and having a real person to contact would be a good thing. It wasnt!! Wendy in great falls could care a less about customer or even doing her job!! I have insurance now that i got over the internet at 1/4 the cost. I didnt mind paying more but if your after any kind of service or even changing a policy then this is not the place to go!! They almost cost me with a laps in coverage if i didnt throw in the towel when i did! One guy in missoula office tried to fix issue but Wendy ended that right out of the shoot!! enough said! sincerely Dave Frese

Cannot get them to response back to any of my inquirers. Ended up just cancelling my policy with them because of this.

14 year customer. Useless.
