I have spent the past two days—over two hours in total—trying to get in touch with someone from your Colorado hubs. I went down the entire list, and not a single location answered the phone. There were no voicemail options, no answering machines—no way to leave a message whatsoever. One person did call me back after hours and left a voicemail along with an email. However, the email address they provided didn’t work. I recently took over management at a company that has multiple items insured through your organization, and this experience has been extremely frustrating. There does not seem to be a way to get a hold of them. Voicemails go unanswered, and no way to get someone on the phone

Like many others have said, difficult to get a hold of, and once you do they seem to have little interest in follow up. While they are friendly when on the phone, this does little to make up for the loss of time our organization has had to spend sending repeat emails, calling and leaving messages, and trying to come to grips with a policy without an agent's expertise. They are very likely going to lose our business soon.

This is my third positive experience with HUB and I can't say enough good things about them. They work hard, are communicative, follow through and give you enough options of insurance companies to choose from, given your age, overall health and budget. They are also nice. I highly recommend working with HUB! John, Terry and Reina are all rock stars.

Horrible Insurance agency, takes hours to get a COI, i am loosing so many loads just bc i can get the COI on time, unacceptable, cant wait for my insurance agreement to end and switch to a different agent, i would not recommend them to anyone.
