We have worked with Melanie Mixon at HUB International for 15 years. We have seldom experienced better customer service than what she's provided us since Day 1. Not only is she deeply and professionally knowledgeable about what the various companies offer to cover our beachfront property, but her interaction style is unparalleled. Always upbeat. Always prompt to return calls and emails. Always remembering our previous discussions. Always proactive with suggestions and improvements. A joy to work with in every regard. We have recommended her to numerous others and will continue doing so. She is a credit to HUB International overall and to the Bluffton office locally.

I have had the privilege to work with HUB International (specifically Pati) for several unexpected insurance needs over the past 2 years. She has been responsive, helpful and efficient EVERY time. I sometimes feel like I'm being a "bother" with my constant calls and emails, but she never acts like that and is always helpful, pleasant and makes the time to ensure my needs are met. I was in the process of reviewing two policies that were up for renewal (a homeowners policy and an umbrella policy). I had questions about how the limits for the various coverages under the homeowner's policy were set, and which ones could be reduced in order to reduce the premiums. I also had questions about the coverage in the umbrella policy and how the two policies worked together. The agent at Hub International I spoke with (Ms. Mixon) took time and gave me clear and informative answers to these questions and pointed what options I had for making payments. I found the service to be excellent.
