My original agents at Hub were exceptional. But then they left and I was transferred to another agent named Tanya R. She was so unresponsive that it threatened the survival of my business. She "worked" from home so I couldn't catch her in the office. Did not return numerous calls. She was unable to help me with commercial auto insurance. She made up a reason that this was due to an employee with an out of state drivers license. After the employee got an Alaska Drivers License, she still couldn't arrange Commercial Auto. When I tried to work with a new agent (after notifying Tanya that I would be working with someone else), she would not release my company so I could not apply under another agent until my policy expired (apparently you are not allowed to submit multiple application

Hub is awesome as my insurance broker, Jesus is as accommodating as is possible. I have made many mistakes and dropped the ball on payments and he has jumped through many hoops to get me what I needed. Love this place here in alaska.

I have a insurance agent there and he's great!. (Jesus is his name). He has helped me so much with my business insurance. I work recommend them to anyone.

They are great at first but once you have paid the service fee they stop reponding to your emails or calling you back... Extremely difficult to work with!

Well still waiting on even a call back. I have been waiting on a reply for over a week now! Don't know if they are still in business, but I am sure someone will get back to me. Then I can really review there services!
