Wow! Just wow! Logan spent an hour on the phone with me patiently going over all of my policy coverages. He was so kind, he thoroughly explained what each line in my coverage was for and how we could adjust it saving me over $500 a year! I also switched a 4th vehicle from Geico to State Farm because it was SO MUCH more affordable. I am so thrilled that I might just go out and buy a new car! Errrr… ok maybe just a pair of shoes. I couldn’t ask for a better agent! Thanks a million Logan! I appreciate your kindness and support when it comes to “insurance for dummies”. I learned a thing or two today! Winning!

I have been with State Farm since 1986, and with Steve’s office since he took over. I have always had excellent service. They have definitely been the when I needed them, especially when my daughter’s dog jump d in the counter and turned on the faucet flooding my whole house on Christmas Eve. Today I called to switch some things around and add a new ti me car to my policy. This was easy to do and I had excellent customer service. I am sorry I didn’t write down the name of the gentleman that helped me. He was very helpful.

Logan was extremely helpful. He ran quotes with several options giving me a choice. Then he went through all the various discounts for a young driver. Trying to save me as much money as possible. Adding a 16 year old to a policy hurts :-) He did his very best to help with offsetting the pain. Thank you Logan! I really appreciate you :-)

Every time I call Steve VanHorne - State Farm Insurance office, it’s always easy and pleasant to deal with them. Today was no exception, Karlee was so nice and pleasant to talk to. Great customer service as always!
