My experience with CHI has been nothing but amazing since I walked through the door the first time. My circumstances are never the norm, always complicated lol but they make what seems to be impossible flawless and they carry the weight of any burdens I have had. I continue to use them for all my needs. I have several policies with them and know they will take care of me no matter how difficult and time consuming my needs are.

Calls are met with long wait times, and when you finally get through, the representatives often seem unhelpful or inadequately trained.
