This company does not care about the consumers or taking care of educators. I had to deal with multiple people on a small claim and fight for it to be resolved after 1 month I was finally able to get my car fixed. And after 1 claim on 2 years being with the company they raised rates 51 percent. A huge rip off is what can be expected going here.

I had the worst experience with an accident with this insurance company. They did not inform me of updates on the accident and then raised my rates 3 separate times for an accident that wasn't my fault. They never notified me of any rate changes or reasons as to why it was going up. Just horrible.
