Experienced the worst customer service by a woman at the front desk, very impatient to my questions on WHY they didn't pull the money out of my account and when I asked for help she verbally assaulted me and when I expressed if she didnt want to be respectful and drop the attitude with me when all I asked was a QUESTION then i would like to see her manager. she then proceeded to laugh at me.-000/10 customer service and bringing her child to work VERY unprofessional to yell at a customer infront of children. would HEAVLY not recommend going to HORACE MANN they will DOUBLE CHARGE YOU!!! I've been in that office EVERY MONTH. will be going with a different provider :) you get your wish and a horrible review.

When my girlfriend tried to get support from the customer service lady at the front desk, she was very impatient and verbally assaulted her. This was my first experience going into that office and I would highly recommend not going back into that office ever again with how they treat their customers. Children and offices too, very unprofessional

Poor Judgment. This agent is on a local FB page being critical and rude to a woman who admitted she has a criminal conviction. New customers, beware, this man will gladly take your money but will clearly not want any customer who may have made early choices in life that he will hold against you. People apparently don't change and it's far easier to criticize people publicly than it is to sell them an insurance policy. There are many options in town, go somewhere else.

As a new client he got back to me within 24 hours even after he went on vacation. He listened to all my needs, was great to work with.

They do a great job with insurance and financial planning. Rob and Matt are awesome.
