This office is one of the most inept insurance agencies I've ever dealt with. Tony Murillo not only made a mistake on my billing that turned into a nightmare and huge waste of my time, but then I found out that I was under-insured. Needless to say, I'll never work with this office in the future. Grossly unprofessional, inept, and overall- very difficult to work with. Unfulfilled call-backs. Chasing them down. Not knowledgeable. I wouldn't trust these guys with my money if I only had $20 to my name. It is beyond me how anyone would trust this office to manage their wealth. Good luck. I'd recommend taking your business elsewhere to an office that actually cares about you. Good riddance High Street / Simmons Agency.

I have been with Simmons Insurance Group for about 15 years. The agents I work with are responsive to my needs, and they are very knowledgeable and professional. I believe they search for the best value for me in my personal matters (residential, auto, boat, etc.) as well as my business accounts. I feel confident in referring friends and neighbors to this insurance agency.

I have been with Simmons insurance over 10 years and aways happy with my previous agent. Recently contacted the firm and found out that Highstreet Insurance took over the business. I wish the firm send out some sort of communications to let clients know about the changes instead of left us in the unknown. When I called, front desk person transferred me to Tony, my “new agent”; I asked him to do an annual review for my auto insurance and HOI policy. He was in a rush and let me know that he was super busy, promised to review my policy and will get back to me soon. Two weeks went by and I haven’t heard back from him. I am very disappointed with the poor customer service and unprofessionalism of the new agent and this firm.

I have never had good experiences with insurance group personnel. After searching around for quite some time, i was beginning to feel let down. I then was referred to Simmons Group and they accomplished everything i needed quickly. I enjoyed my experience, these people are wonderful here. Highly Recommend.

Well never received notice of rebranding. Beth purves was a outstanding agent with all state, and she joined Simmons and was OK at first. Now they flip agent contact with no notice .no yearly contact to update insurance, no contact to go over coverage, no contact period.mutal of Enumclaw has been very good. The local agents suck for lack of working with clients who patronize them.in essence they are employed by you for such purposes in regards to coverage, the attitude and dictatorship attitude does not work. Others are also commenting on lack of respect for there customers. Am notifying mutual of Enumclaw that I would like an agent change due to lack of professionalism at Simmons who used to be great till Beth purves retired. Also my total insurance bill went up rou
