What a great company to work with! In the midst of all the crazy 2020 brought I decided to review my auto & home insurance policies I had with a different company. In doing so I discovered I wasn’t receiving my best value. After looking into several different agencies, I found Graybeal Group and they provide that value. Huge Thank you to Brittany from Graybeal in Hermiston. She went above and beyond to get me set up with a new insurance from my previous one. My insurance monthly payment with progressive was about to double i was paying$505 a month and it jumped up to $1,061 a month. Brittany helped me save so much money. My new insurance plan will only be $260 a month for all my vehicles and even a little more included in my package. I can't thank you enough for all the back and fourth phone calls due to issues online, and for waiting for me to get my bank information set up. It was such a pleasent experience. Absolutely amazing staff, Anna was amazing and super responsive followed up even when I didn't ask her to and continued follow up on all of my questions.
