Led me to believe I signed a year contract and that I paid the entire year in full, it was very clear and witnessed by other family members. Now 6 months later apparently I “signed a six month contract” and owe another $550. Also never received an email about this even though it is my own policy, had to find out through someone else on my plan. Joke of a company.
