Jeff is a very professional businessman who is very customer driven. Hoosier insurance agency is on time and accurate taking every opportunity to explain policy and make sure all needs are meet on time.

Jeff Podgorny was able to find us auto insurance at a much lower cost than what we were paying with another company. He was knowledgeable, courteous, patient, and displayed outstanding business communications acumen in our phone conversations when I requested other information. We also are bundling our auto with a renters insurance that offers stronger coverage than what we had. Thank you Jeff and Jennifer.

Just signed a new auto insurance policy with Jeff and so far so good. Jeff was easy to work with & very friendly to speak to.

Home insurance rates have nearly doubled in three years. No claims, just higher rates. Also, they over insure. That means I’m paying for an amount of coverage that I will never receive no matter what. I’m insured for outbuildings, but don’t have an outbuilding. I was warned of this, but did not heed that warning. As for their pricey auto insurance, they ding you with an extra $5/month just because you have an outstanding loan. By the time I learned of my homeowners renewal, they had already billed my mortgage company so I had no time to look elsewhere before it was paid from my escrow account.

Worked with Jennifer and Valerie and they both are very thorough with researching best options for us. We currently have them for both auto and home. No complaints. They are quick to respond to an email and/or phone call as well. I would recommend them.
