Amazing facility to have a closing. Friendly staff. Well decorated office space. Convenient location. My clients always comment how nice it is on the inside.

Couldn't close due to their error! Missed opportunities to buy other houses! They did not catch a 2nd mortgage that was in forbearance that the seller "allegedly" never disclosed. How they did not see this initially is a mystery. I flew in from out of town to attend closing and we found out THE DAY BEFORE the seller is underwater and could not pay off the 2nd mortgage and therefore is in breach of contract. Total waste of my time and costs associated with buying supplies, decor, travel expenses for a house that could never be sold! Unprofessional and incompetent.

I thought everything would be great with the closing if my house. The day of the closing the papers weren't ready and my name was misspelled. 30 days after, I go to the tax auditor and found out that I STILL wasn't owner of my house because these incompetent people didn't put the SELLERS name correctly! So now I'm waiting, WAITING, for them to fix their mistake. No apology or anything. Already going on 2 weeks. Next stop Better Business Bureau and lawyer for fraud and breach of contract since they were already paid.

Barrister handled the closing when I recently sold my home. Luckily I scrutinized the closing paperwork as they had deducted a tax payment that had already been paid by my lender. When I informed them of it, they assured me it would be taken care of. After 6 weeks, and many inquiries about the refund, I got a text message from the buyer that he had received the check meant for me. If I hadn't scrutinized the paperwork and kept inquiring about the refund, he would still have my money.
