I would not recommend this agency to anyone after the way I was treated. In September, my neighbors tree fell on my car. Their homeowners insurance is through this agency. I had to call up there to file a claim. I was transferred to their agent CAROLYN BELL. The way she handled it was very unprofessional. At first she was telling me that she told my neighbors because the tree had green leaves it meant the tree was healthy and that my neighbors would not be held liable for the damages & stated that I would have to prove that this tree was rotten for them to be liable. Which is understandable, however she did not advise their client (my neighbor) to file a claim like my own car insurance agent was telling me they should be doing since it was their tree on their property.
