I had just moved from the suburban Oak Creek, WI, to zip code 53215 in the heart of Milwaukee and considered a high crime area. My previous insurance more than doubled my premium. I called Katie, based on other reviews that I had read. I told her why I needed new insurance, and she assured me that she will find a much better rate. I did insist that I wanted the same coverage as I already had. She searched and searched. I still can't figure out how she did it, but she found that with Progressive I would be shaving off about $40 p/month from what I was paying now, before the move.
